When you use our Free Quote form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name (optional), the service or package you select, and your project details.

When you use Start Your Project, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website and social media links (optional), the services you select, your project details and answers, your requested completion date, the files you upload, the file/video and inspiration links you share, and your payment selection.

Files you upload are stored securely in cloud storage and used only to complete your project. Links you share (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, WeTransfer, or YouTube) are used only to access the materials you intend us to work with or view as inspiration.

We use your information to respond to your requests, prepare quotes, deliver your services, communicate about your project, process payments, and keep business records. We send you confirmation and project-related emails about your own submissions. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number and card security code are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by Toliver Signature Services LLC. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how Stripe handles your payment information.

To operate our website and business, we use a small number of trusted providers: website hosting, an email delivery service (to send confirmations and notifications), secure cloud file storage, and Stripe for payments. These providers may process your information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Our website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. Like most websites, it uses standard technology required to display pages and operate forms.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including secure upload and storage of your files. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but protecting your information is a priority.

We keep project information and files as long as needed to complete your project, support you afterward, and meet legal, tax, and record-keeping requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Our website and services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
