Terms & Policies

Toliver Signature Services LLC ("we," "us," "our") provides branding, graphic design, website design and refresh services, social media design and management, promotional videos, business documents, and grant support as described on toliversignatureservices.com. The scope of each project is defined by the service(s) you select and the project information you provide. Services marked "from" or requiring review are priced after we review your project details, and your final price is confirmed and approved by you before payment and before work begins.

Projects under $200 are paid in full upfront. Eligible fixed-price projects over $200 may be started with a 50% deposit or paid in full; the remaining balance is due before final files are delivered. Services requiring scope review must be reviewed and the final price approved before payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Work begins after the required payment/deposit AND required project information have been received.

You may cancel a project at any time by contacting us in writing. Because our work begins shortly after payment, payments are applied to work as it is completed: if you cancel before work has started, your payment will be refunded in full. If you cancel after work has started, we will refund the portion of your payment that exceeds the value of work already completed, and payment for work already completed or delivered is earned and non-refundable. Monthly social media management may be cancelled after the 3-month minimum, effective at the end of the current paid month.

Up to 2 revision rounds are included unless otherwise stated. Logos include 2 concepts. Additional revision rounds are $50 each.

Additional work outside the originally selected service or scope may require an additional fee. We will always tell you the cost and get your approval before doing additional work.

Turnaround times are approximate and begin after the required payment/deposit AND required project information have been received: social graphics, business cards, and templates about 2–3 business days; flyers and price sheets 3–5; brochures and promotional videos 5–7; logos 7–10; websites about 3–4 weeks. Rush service is available for +50% when scheduling allows.

If we do not receive required information, files, feedback, or payments on time, your timeline extends accordingly. If a project sits inactive for 30 days because we are waiting on you, the project may be paused or closed, and payment for work already completed remains due.

Final files are delivered after your balance is paid in full. Final files include print-ready PDF and/or web-ready files where appropriate; logo files may include PNG, JPG, PDF, and SVG. Printing, domain registration, and hosting are separate unless specifically included in a written agreement.

A website refresh updates the look of your existing website on its current platform with its existing pages. A refresh becomes a custom quote if you need a platform move, new pages, online store/booking/membership features, all-new written content, a rebuilt navigation structure, or repairs to a broken site. New websites include up to 5 pages designed from scratch.

Domain registration and hosting are separate services and are not included unless specifically stated in a written agreement.

Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance with a 3-month minimum. Plans include the posts, platforms, videos, captions, scheduling, and summaries listed for your plan. Ad spend, comment replies, and daily monitoring are not included.

Some services use footage or materials you provide. You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you send us, and you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of that content.

We do not guarantee grant approval or funding. Our fees cover the work, research, and deliverables we provide and are the same whether or not a grant is awarded. Funding decisions are made solely by each grantor.

Once your project is paid in full, you own the final approved deliverables. Until full payment is received, all designs and files remain the property of Toliver Signature Services LLC. Working files (editable source files) remain ours unless a written agreement says otherwise.

You are responsible for the text, images, logos, trademarks, and other content you provide, and for having the legal right to use them.

We may display completed client work in our portfolio and marketing as examples of our services. If you prefer that your project remain private, simply tell us in writing — before or after completion — and we will not display it, or will remove it within a reasonable time. We never publish sensitive business or personal information.

We communicate primarily by email and phone and reply within 1–2 business days. Approvals and important project decisions should be confirmed in writing.

If something seems wrong with a charge, please contact us first so we can make it right. Filing a chargeback may pause active work, and amounts for work already completed remain due.

Either of us may end a project with written notice. You are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. We may decline or discontinue service for non-payment, abusive conduct, or unlawful requests.

Our services are provided with professional care, but we do not guarantee specific business results, sales, or funding outcomes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on our website when your project begins applies to that project.
